                研究概況

                近年來致力於研究癌癥組學连个普通信息處▃理的理論與方法,在癌癥組學◥數據低維特征學習、癌癥分子特征與標誌物計算識別↘等方面取得了若幹成果。在生物信↑息學與基因組學領域重要期刊Nucleic Acids Research、Bioinformatics、Briefings in Bioinformatics,以及生物指引下醫學領域重要期刊Gastroenterology、Gut等雜誌上發表過多篇∏論文。
